Rachel McLarty

Rachel, a 35-year resident of Pensacola and Perdido Key, is a highly knowledgeable real estate professional. With 23 years of experience, she has assisted clients in buying and selling a variety of properties, from condominiums to investment real estate, spanning from Navarre Beach, FL to Gulf Shores, AL. Rachel initially started her real estate career by selling single-family homes and later became one of the top realtors involved in the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club and Marina projects on Perdido Key, specializing in luxury, pre-construction condos.

As a member of prestigious organizations such as the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, and the Pensacola Association of Realtors®, Rachel’s previous designations include 'Seniors Real Estate Specialist' and a 'Resort and Second Home Property Specialist'. She has a deep connection to the Gulf of Mexico, having lived there her entire life, and currently resides with her husband Tim on Perdido Bay. They embrace an active lifestyle, engaging in boating, kayaking, cycling, and beach combing.

Rachel's son, Matthew Solomon, is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Elise live in Cincinnati, OH, where Elise works at the Taft Museum of Art after a decade-long career at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
